Refund policy

It is important for us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your return of an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of your date of purchase.

You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the return item. If the item does not reach us safely we will be unable to complete the refund or exchange, so we suggest sending it via registered post. Please return to:

Once a return for a refund has been received, the transaction will be processed and will be refunded to your Credit Card or PayPal account within 3-5 business days of the item being received by Mama Benz.
